The Year of the Snake draws to a close, leaving us lingering blessings, and the Year of the Horse begins, heralding new aspirations. On February 11, 2026, Huatai Yongchuang (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. held its 2025 Annual Gala and Awards Ceremony at Hilton Anshan. As of December 31, 2025, the company’s total workforce had reached 975 employees. Over 300 employees gathered at the main venue in Anshan, joining colleagues stationed at project sites both domestically and abroad online. Together, all attendees reflected on Huatai’s 15-year journey through thick and thin, conducted a thorough analysis of current opportunities and challenges, formally established the “dual-drive” strategic direction, and sounded the rallying call to advance toward internationalization and digital intelligence.

·Strategic Planning: Facing Challenges Head-On and Setting the Tone for Dual-Drive

At 9:00 a.m., the conference commenced in a solemn yet enthusiastic atmosphere, with Tian Xue, Director of the Administration Department, presiding over the meeting.

First, General Manager Han Dong delivered the “2025 Annual Work Report and 2026 Work Plan.” General Manager Han pointed out that 2025 was a year of overcoming difficulties for Huatai. Amid a complex and volatile external environment, all Huatai employees thoroughly implemented the company motto - “meticulousness and rigor, timely feedback, swift action, courage to take responsibility, and focus on results” - thereby solidifying the company’s core base.

· Operational Highlights: Breakthroughs were achieved in the promotion of vertical heat-recovery coke oven technology, and the coverage of the Intelligent Operation and Maintenance business expanded further, becoming a key growth driver for the company.

·Analysis of Challenges: In his report, General Manager Han candidly identified current weak links. Safety performance is not consistently reliable, work quality is showing a downward trend, talent recruitment is lagging, and internal communication is inadequate.

·Future Plans: General Manager Han emphasized that safety and quality management will be the top priorities in 2026. The company must accelerate its digital transformation and drive high-quality development with greater wisdom and stronger execution.

·A Visionary Perspective: Embrace Change and Achieve Huatai’s Centennial Goals Together

At the conclusion of the gala, Chairman Xu Lie delivered closing remarks. Chairman Xu reflected on the company’s 15-year journey, from the arduous early days of its establishment, through capital injection and shareholding reforms, to its current scale with nearly 1,000 employees. He candidly summarized the pressures and challenges of the past year, and emphasized: “It’s like rowing against the current - not to progress is to regress. Every setback is a springboard for a better leap forward.”

Regarding the future direction of the company, Chairman Xu offered a visionary perspective, highlighting the importance of “digitalization” and “internationalization.”

·Cultivate a sense of patriotism and social responsibility, and be a Huatai employee with a positive attitude. Chairman Xu emphasized that every employee should cultivate “Three Loves”: love for life, approaching work and life with a positive attitude; love for the collective, integrating personal growth into the broader context of Huatai’s development; and love for the country, creating greater value for society through hard work. He called on everyone to maintain a positive mindset, influence those around them with an optimistic outlook, and jointly foster an uplifting and virtuous corporate culture.

Amid increasingly fierce international competition and industry transformation, Chairman Xu particularly emphasized the importance of learning. He encouraged all employees to prioritize foreign language study and improve cross-cultural communication skills to build a talent pool for the company’s internationalization strategy, to uphold the down-to-earth spirit of “studying diligently and striving for continuous improvement,” to approach work and learning with a pragmatic attitude, and to develop their capabilities through practical work.

We must continue consolidating the “Engineering + Operations & Maintenance” business foundation, leveraging our technological advantages to deepen smart operations and maintenance, and securing development through specialized services.

At 3:30 p.m., the highly anticipated annual gala celebration kicked off right on schedule. This year’s program had a stellar lineup, featuring 27 spectacular performances produced, directed, and performed by employees, which took the day’s festive atmosphere to a climax.

Rhythm of Youth, Energy in Full Bloom

The opening dance, “A Joyous Reunion,” instantly ignited the crowd. Members from the Coal and Coke Department and the Electrical Automation Department interpreted “the warmth and harmony of joined hands” through their festive dance moves. The subsequent dance, “Mr. Chu,” was bursting with energy. Performed jointly by the Procurement, Marketing, and Finance departments, it showcased a unique blend of freshness and vitality. The song “Proud Youth” gave voice to “the blazing dreams in our hearts,” while the current hit “Ascending Spring Mountain” used its upbeat melody to depict a longing for spring and the aspiration of youth.

Through Light and Shadow, A Patriot's Heart Endures

The special performance “Huatai in Light and Shadow” used unique light and shadow art to poignantly depict the company’s journey from domestic development to global expansion. “Through a beam of light and a play of shadows, let’s experience the collision between three centuries of coking industry heritage and the innovative power of the new era” which resonated deeply with the entire audience. The dance performances “Grand Ambitions” and “Dreams for the Future” vividly demonstrated the company’s grand vision for the future.

Most stunning of all was the senior management team’s joint performance of “Without the Communist Party, There Would Be No New China.” Their powerful and resonant singing expressed Huatai Yongchuang’s unwavering commitment to keeping pace with the nation, their deep love for the country, and their sincere dedication to shouldering social responsibility. Meanwhile, the Tai Chi performance by Qin Anmin from the project management department showcased, through every move and posture, the profundity of traditional Chinese culture and the steady composure of Huatai’s people.

Through Wind and Rain, We Strive Forward

The people of Huatai possess not only a tender heart but also an iron will. A performance of "Sailor" was dedicated to every colleague who perseveres through challenges and holds their ground. The song "Dare to Ask Where the Future Lies" echoed the steadfast belief that "the path lies beneath our feet," while "Stubborn," "Until the End of the World," and "A Carefree Journey" conveyed, through their stirring melodies, the bold determination of Huatai people as they explore potential markets and overcome obstacles. The touching tunes of "Waiting," "Beyond the Horizon," "Under the Sky," "Scent of Flowers," and "Friends" connect the hearts of every Huatai colleague.

Amid Laughter and Joy, Embracing Tomorrow Together

The comedic performances were equally spectacular. The "Three-and-a-Half-Line Rhyme" piece, “Success in Welcoming the New Year”, filled the air with the lively beats of gongs and drums, blending humor with the company’s real-life scenarios. The comedy sketch “Shrimp Soldiers and Crab Generals” presented a hilarious farce featuring the "East Sea Dragon Palace Work Team," earning thunderous applause and waves of laughter from the audience.

Throughout the evening, greeting videos from domestic and international project departments, such as Yunnan Xianfu and Vietnam Dung Quat, were interspersed. Though separated by thousands of miles, hearts of Huatai people remained closely connected. Multiple rounds of lucky draws and interactive games pushed the excitement to its peak.

As the evening drew to a close, the warm melody of the chorus "Tomorrow Will Be Better" filled the air, while the song-and-dance performance "Celebrating the New Year" and the dance "Joyful Song of Auspiciousness" presented by the R&D team brought the entire show to a perfect and uplifting finale, symbolizing the promise of an even brighter and more brilliant future for Huatai.

·Raise a toast with joy: carry forward the legacy, and embark anew.

The most ceremonial part of the evening - the ceremonial opening of baijiu - was delivered by Chairman Xu Lie. The century-old Fenjiu, a light-aroma baijiu from Shanxi China, rich with the depth of history and filled with hopeful aspirations, flowed freely, symbolizing the enduring legacy and everlasting prosperity of Huatai’s endeavors.

As the aroma of alcohol filled the air, the atmosphere on stage reached another climax. Amidst a flurry of balloons and the jubilant sounds of confetti poppers, an exquisite giant rectangular cake - symbolizing grand ambitions and a sweet future - was wheeled to the center of the stage. Colleagues celebrating their birthdays on the day were invited to the stage to join Chairman Xu Lie in cutting this cake, sharing the sweetness and joy.

As the atmosphere was filled with warmth, Deputy General Manager Dong Xinghong, in high spirits, took the lead in singing a song, instantly igniting the enthusiasm of the audience. He then passed the microphone to Chairman Xu Lie who took the stage and delivered a heartfelt rendition of the classic old song, “Keep Your Roots.” “For the sake of life, people travel far and wide…” Chairman Xu’s deep and soulful voice was not only a tribute to the classic song but also a heartfelt message to all Huatai employees: he hoped that every employee would, like a resilient pine tree, take their roots deeply into the fertile soil of Huatai, draw nourishment from it, weather the storms together, and thrive in mutual prosperity. Chairman Xu’s heartfelt performance deeply moved everyone present, and the applause and cheers continued long after the song ended. Upon finishing, Chairman Xu passed the microphone to Zhang Yundong, General Manager of Huatai Hitechom. This was not merely a passing of the microphone, but a symbolic relay of responsibility, confidence, and mission.

The aroma of alcohol mingled with the sound of songs, deepening the bonds between all Huatai people. All colleagues raised their glasses together, toasting the past fifteen years of shared trials and triumphs, and looking forward to the boundless possibilities of the future.
