Hebei Risun Energy Co., Ltd. (Risun Group Dingzhou Park) currently has four CDQ units in operation, with the Phase II, III, and IV units running for approximately one year, during which operational fluctuations of varying degrees have emerged. Additionally, due to environmental regulations regarding production restrictions for comprehensive air pollution control during the 2021–2022 fall and winter seasons, all CDQ units face varying degrees of production cuts, which adds difficulty to maintaining stable operation of the CDQ system.

Given Huatai’s strong technical expertise in the field of CDQ, Hebei Risun Energy Co., Ltd. invited our technical staff to visit the site for technical exchanges and guidance, with the aim of enhancing the safety, stability, and long-term operational performance of their existing CDQ facility.

On November 5, 2021, General Manager Han Dong led a six-member delegation, including Deputy Chief Engineer Li Zhenyi and specialists in coking, thermal engineering, and furnace design, to Hebei Risun Energy Co., Ltd. Through face-to-face discussions, on-site production inspections, and observations of control room operations, the team engaged in two days of thorough discussions and assessments and offered practical and actionable recommendations. The client expressed great satisfaction with and high praise of Huatai’s recommendations, and expressed hope for deeper, long-term cooperation in the future.
