On November 15, 2021, the first section of the No. 3 and No. 4 dry quencher shells for the Jinyan Phase II Coke Dry Quenching Project officially began installation. This project is undertaken by Huatai in partnership with Beijing SPC Environment Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. under a BOT model. Qingtai Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. was established at Xiaoyi city of Shanxi province where the project is located, to serve as the operating company for this BOT project, while Huatai is responsible for the construction part of this EPC project. The No. 3 CDQ is scheduled to commence operation on June 30, 2022, and the No. 3 power generation system is scheduled to be connected to the grid on July 30, 2022.

This project marks the first collaboration between Huatai and SPC Environment under the BOT model and holds significant importance for future market expansion. Huatai’s project team has fully mobilized to carry out the construction work and will spare no efforts to ensure the project is completed on schedule with high quality and efficiency.
