To further raise fire safety awareness, promote the spread of fire safety knowledge, and comprehensively strengthen fire safety efforts, on the afternoon of July 17, 2020, our company invited Instructor Gao from Zheng’an Fire Safety Training to deliver a fire safety training for employees at Anshan and Beijing.

During the training, Instructor Gao used slides and videos to explain fire safety basics, including how fires form and develop, the hazards of fires, common fire prevention methods, and fire escape and self-rescue skills. He also presented several major fire incidents through case studies, providing an in-depth analysis of their causes and explaining common mistakes people make when responding to fires. Instructor Gao pointed out that many organizations and individuals suffered from a fluke mentality, complacency, and a lack of knowledge regarding how to use fire extinguishers and further sounded the alarm on fire safety by presenting shocking statistics on casualties and harrowing accounts of real-life incidents. He also provided detailed explanations on specific measures to take for potential hazards in daily life and demonstrated the proper use of fire extinguishers and fire masks on the spot.

Through this training, employees’ safety awareness and essential fire safety knowledge were reinforced, further enhancing their ability to prevent fires and perform self-rescue during emergencies. This ensures that employees are truly capable of “sending fire alarms, extinguishing fires, and evacuating safely,” laying a solid foundation for the creation of a safe and stable work environment.

This marks the fourth consecutive year for our company to invited fire safety experts to conduct fire safety training for employees.
