On March 25, 2020, the 2×190 t/h coke dry quenching project at Otog Banner Jianyuan Coking Co., Ltd., for which our company serves as the general contractor, officially broke ground.

In order to thoroughly implement a series of national and Inner Mongolia environmental protection policies, reduce pollution emissions, recover the sensible heat from red coke, lower energy consumption, and improve coke quality, Otog Banner Jianyuan Coking Co., Ltd. signed an CDQ EPC contract with Huatai in January 2020. The project covers an area of 23,800m². No. 1 and No. 2 CDQ units were arranged on the open spaces by the end-platforms of two coke oven batteries respectively and were constructed simultaneously with the coke oven project.

This project marks Huatai’s first CDQ EPC project in the Inner Mongolia region and serves as a stepping stone for the company to enter the local CDQ market. Both the company and the project team deeply value this opportunity to establish Huatai brand.
